DA Herbert & Associates started long before it was incorporated in November of 2014. The first division of the corporation was Accurate Tax & Accounting Services. The compamy and this division was started by Dwayne Herbert a Accounting graduate of Francis Marion University and MBA graduate of Montreat College. While working full time in a 20+ year career Mr. Herbert nurtured the corporation and it’s Tax division on a part time basis.
The company was incorporated in Winston Salem NC in November of 2014 and the company opened it’s first office in Clemmons NC where it began it’s first comericial tax season. Fast forward 10 years later to the companies 10th commercial tax season now calling home in it’s virtual office in Chicago IL. It’s client load went from 25 to now over 200 clients. Today DA Herbert & Associates have added two divisions, 3J Realty and Team Success Financial Services. DA Herbert & Associates is now in position to offer Tax Advising and preperation services, Real estate realtor and Investing services and Financial Advising through insurance and other related products.
Accurate Tax & Accounting Services was founded by Dwayne Herbert, who operated as a sole proprietor till November 2014 when the firm expanded to serve commercial clients and became Accurate Tax & Accounting Services, making itself the first division of its parent company DA Herbert & Associates. With a vision built on trust, transparency, and results, Dwayne has guided the firm through over 15 years of client-focused growth.
3J Realty was formed through a desire to provide top notch realtor services for the public and the ability and duty to invest within specific neighborhoods in select cities over the United States. The journey started in 2023 when the company acquired its first 1/2 Million Dollar investment property. The property being a 3 unit property in the shape of a 2 unit walk up with a coach house on the rear. Alongside the investment services 3J Realty has started offering realtor services in Illinois and look to expand out to South and North Carolina. Lastly and most recently 3J Realty has bid to purchase 3 lots in the Englewood Community where we hope to effect change and improvement in the city.
Team Success Financial Services was formed in 2024. to help uplift families In the pursuit of Generation wealth creation and to sustain that wealth through the generations. Working with a few key business partners we are able to link our customers with expansive resources in the financial arena such as Transamerica, Northern, Nation Wide just to name a few. We are looking for clients that want to learn, earn, and gain money.
