3J Realty was formed through a desire to provide top notch realtor services for the public and the ability and duty to invest within specific neighborhoods in select cities over the United States. The journey started in 2023 when the company acquired its first 1/2 Million Dollar investment property. The property being a 3 unit property in the shape of a 2 unit walk up with a coach house on the rear. Alongside the investment services 3J Realty has started offering realtor services in Illinois and look to expand out to South and North Carolina. Lastly and most recently 3J Realty has bid to purchase 3 lots in the Englewood Community where we hope to effect change and improvement in the city.
